Famous for its glorious past in the textile industry, Cholet is less than 70 km away. The city of Nantes, less than two hours away, is also an easy day trip. The Centre-Val-de-Loire region, nearby, also has much to offer: You can get to Tours in just over an hour from Montreuil-Bellay.
