What is happening if we can’t come after COVID 19 ?

Don’t worry, the postponement is possible for the next season, only if the stay is impossible to be carried out due to government decisions (closures, traffic restrictions).
For all other situations, our general terms and conditions apply. You are covered for your individual stays in case of COVID-19 if you take out cancellation insurance. We offer two different types of insurance. The comfort insurance requires proof of illness, convocation, death, etc., or the premium insurance, which covers you for any reason and does not require proof of illness.

Are there any health measures planned particularly following the coronavirus epidemic?

Following the coronavirus epidemic, we have put in place the measures recommended last year by the government (barrier gestures, safety distance at the reception, masks for our employees, gloves, hydroalcoholic gel…)… We keep them of course, and will adapt them to the conditions as the year goes on.
For you, holidaymakers, we also provide soap or hydro-alcoholic gel as well as surface disinfectant in all the places necessary for your safety.
The sanitary facilities will also be cleaned and disinfected at least 4 to 5 times a day for your safety.
Accommodations will be cleaned after each departure and we will put even more emphasis on disinfecting surfaces that may have been contaminated.
In order to prevent the virus from remaining after the departure of the holidaymakers, the accommodation will only be available to you at least 6 hours after the departure of your predecessor.
In the common interest, we ask each holidaymaker to be aware of the barriers and incivilities that may be encountered.
This year, we particularly invite you to remember to bring your own sheets, pillowcases and duvet covers for your beds.
If you wish, we can rent them to you. They will be laid out for you on arrival in your accommodation. These are provided by our laundry partner.
Please let us know one week before your arrival if you would like sheets.

Is the station far away

The Montreuil-Bellay train station is 2km from the campsite. About 20 minutes on foot.

Is there an internet access on the campsite?

Yes, there is wifi access throughout the campsite.

Is there a grocery shop on the campsite?

Yes, there is a grocery shop on the campsite.  We also have a bread and pastry shop on order in the pre-season.

Will the aquatic area be heated from the moment of opening of the campsite?

Yes, the pool and paddling pool will be heated from the opening in April. The same goes for the 35m² relaxation area with waterfall and whirlpool, which is heated to 32°C.
However, we may have to modify these dates depending on the current or forecasted weather conditions or any other technical, hygiene or safety reasons.

What if we arrive outside the opening hours of the reception ?

If this happens to you, don’t panic… just let us know and we will tell you what to do depending on your arrival time.

Should bring your own linen ?

In the mobile home, pillows and duvets are provided as well as plastic mattress protectors which are washed and disinfected before your arrival, but this does not replace the fabric bed linen, so you can bring your own.
This year, we particularly invite you to bring your own sheets, pillowcases and duvet covers for your beds.
We do, however, offer to rent sheets, just let us know some time before your arrival (if possible when you book, or at least 1 week before your arrival).
They will be laid out on your arrival in your accommodation. These are provided by our laundry partner who has also put in place the necessary elements for the safety of all.

Cycle tracks Are they far from the campsite?

A cycle track passes right in front of the campsite and is linked to the “Francette” cycle route, allowing you to enjoy a relaxing and natural holiday.

Can we choose your location ?

Wherever possible we will do our best to accommodate your requests. Ideally, you should book as early as possible.

The animals are they accepted?

Yes, pets are accepted tattooed and vaccinated except for category 1 and 2 dogs.
You must provide us with your pet’s health record on arrival.
For the comfort and safety of all, pets must not be left alone either on the campsite or in the accommodation. Their owners will be held responsible for any damage.

Does your campsite accept VACAF vouchers?

No.
