Are there any specific health measures planned in response to the coronavirus epidemic?

Following the coronavirus epidemic, we implemented the measures recommended last year by the government (barrier gestures, safety distance at reception, masks for our employees, gloves, hydroalcoholic gel…). We are keeping them in place, of course, and will adapt them to conditions as the year progresses.
For you, the holidaymaker, we also provide soap or hydro-alcoholic gel and surface disinfectant in all areas necessary for your safety.
The sanitary facilities will also be cleaned and disinfected at least 4 to 5 times a day for your safety.
Accommodations will be cleaned after each departure, and we will place even greater emphasis on disinfecting surfaces that may have been contaminated.
To ensure that the virus does not persist after holidaymakers have left, accommodation will not be available until at least 6 hours after your predecessor’s departure.
In the common interest, we ask all holidaymakers to be aware of the barriers and incivilities they may encounter.
This year in particular, we invite you to remember to bring your own sheets, pillowcases and comforter covers for your beds.
If you wish, we can rent them to you. They will be available upon your arrival at your accommodation. These are provided by our laundry partner.
Please let us know one week before your arrival if you require bed linen.

What happens if we can’t make it to COVID 19?

Don’t worry, postponement is possible for the following season, only if the stay is impossible due to government decisions (closures, traffic restrictions).
For any other situation, our general conditions of sale apply. You are covered for your individual stays in the event of COVID-19 if you take out cancellation insurance. We offer two different types of insurance. Comfort insurance requires proof (illness, convocation, death …) or premium insurance that covers you whatever the reason and does not require proof.
